Corporex Development: 2019-Present

My Company: I am excited to be a member of the Corporex Family.

“Corporex is a privately held investment company with broad holdings throughout the United States. We create investment opportunities for our capital partners through traditional real estate assets as well as an ever-broadening array of other opportunistic investments. Our ability to create exceptional value through these investments is rooted in our 54-year history as a BUILDER.”

My Role: I wear many hard hats in my career, primarily serving as the Lead Interior Designer and Design Project Manager for all commercial tenant finish and third-party projects within my current company.

In this capacity, I bear the responsibility for overseeing the design and development of the company’s interior buildouts. As a crucial member of the Tenant Finish & Special Projects Construction Team, I transcend the role of an owner’s representative. My team and I operate as a fully in-house design-build general contractor. I play a pivotal role in coordinating with clients throughout the entire process, often being the sole staff member present from the initial introduction to move-in day.

Guiding clients through our design-build process with a dedicated team of three, I manage the design of projects totaling over $20 million annually. Over the course of my career, I have cultivated a robust network of product representatives, subcontractors, and design firms. This network has consistently contributed to keeping my previous employers’ profits well above industry standards.

Fueled by a determination to persevere and a profound design knowledge, I work diligently to create the perfect spaces for our clients. It’s more than just a job for me; it’s a passion. Ensuring transparency with my clients, I strive to convey the assurance that I can bring their vision to life.
